The tobacco is soaked in fruits shavings such as mango, strawberries, apple etc. A hookah consists of a base, mouthpiece, pipe, bowl, and a hose.
Shisha or hookah tobacco is placed in a bowl, which is at the top of the pipe base. Using an aluminium foil, you cover the bowl and small charcoal pieces are placed on top of the foil. Using a pin, you gently puncture holes in the foil (more the better).
You fill the bottom part of the hookah base with water or any other clear liquid. Burn the coals and start smoking through the hose. An incense like vapor is filtered through the base allowing smooth intake of the hookah tobacco or shisha.
